It has been a few years since Red Squad Alliance was founded. Ever since its start, the clan had a good, committed staff. They put much effort and many hours into leading RSA. All members are taught to respect the chain of command. Obviously the staff is not entirely without errors, but even so they have made RSA into what it is today - a strong and prosperous clan.

Shortly after RSA was founded, a Senate was installed, lead by clan founders ICE, Nick and several department heads, it discusses and controls RSA in general. In addition each department has a separate Command Staff, lead by the department head. The Command Staff varies from department to department; often veteran members are invited to join this staff.
